According to our first workshop on digitalization In the second round, we focused on one of our core values - humanity. We looked intensively at the question of how we can not only work together efficiently in times of remote work, but also maintain our team spirit.
For this we spent another half day in the Farny Farm gathered and together with Sabrina Heilig from Potenzialwerk We have worked out what defines us as a team, what is important to us when working together, and what foundations we must create and adhere to in order to continue to act as a unit regardless of location in the future and to enjoy our work.
This half-day workshop brought us all a little closer together - we got to know each other better, laughed and talked openly with each other. There was a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere in the team.
Another step in our ongoing transformation has been taken and we are looking forward (and excited) to our further development in the coming months. We will keep you updated!
