For our client Pluggit, we were tasked with developing an elegant solution to simplify the annual price list updates. Instead of manual layout work, we created an automated Excel-based workflow for maximum efficiency – without additional plugins or ongoing licensing costs.

The implementation

After extensive research, an efficient Excel-based workflow was developed. Data flows directly into the layout, allowing content to be updated with just a few clicks. This not only saves time and resources but also creates independence. The price list was printed as a high-quality A4 brochure with a six-page tri-fold insert – functional yet attractive. The result: a professional communication tool that can be updated annually with minimal effort.
