Our Process
We at the KAOS advertising agency were tasked with the overall planning of the event. From selecting the hotel, coordinating the food and beverages, and coordinating arrival and departure to booking a suitable live band, everything was in our hands. Our goal was to provide the employees with an unforgettable experience through perfect planning in advance and excellent organization during the event.
The event
A large hotel in Sonthofen in the Allgäu region provided the perfect setting. A beautiful double-decker bus took us from Salem into the mountains. Upon arrival at the hotel, a delicious lunch buffet was served in the panoramic restaurant with breathtaking views of the Allgäu Alps. The afternoon was dedicated to relaxation, with a visit to the spacious wellness and water park, a workout in the fitness area, or a leisurely stroll. Everyone was able to spend the afternoon as they wished.
In the early evening, a guided hike to the exclusive party location was scheduled. Upon arrival, the hut's owner was already waiting with a welcoming glass of hay schnapps. The mood for the evening ahead couldn't have been better. After an excellent and very varied BBQ, the party finally got underway.
A rocking live band with a fantastic singer rocked the lodge. After just a few songs, everyone was on the dance floor, and the dancing and partying continued well into the night. This wonderful evening in the mountains was characterized by a great atmosphere and warm camaraderie. Two shuttle buses transported all the partygoers safely back to the hotel that night.
After a more or less short night in the wellness hotel and a hearty late breakfast followed by brunch, we returned to Salem by comfortable bus.
The event, professionally organized with passion and dedication, was a true highlight of the company's milestone anniversary. It fostered team spirit and released a great deal of energy for a continued successful future.
