Ulrich GmbH sells a wide range of raw materials for key industries in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors, which it sources from all over the world. As international competition is becoming increasingly tough in this segment, Ulrich wants a new, user-friendly, multilingual B2B website that leads customers quickly and conveniently to the products they want - and also provides all the essential product information there. The ordering process should be as simple as possible.

We start with an audit to take stock and the obligatory planning workshop. It quickly becomes clear that we are dealing with two completely different target groups, both of which need to be addressed accordingly: purchasing and product experts. To do this, we choose several separate entry options - one via "industries" and the other via "products". Both ultimately lead to one and the same product range, which is available in a clear list format.

We have also implemented a quick search as a special extra that takes the buyer directly to the desired product. Simply enter the so-called CAS number or INCI name or the product name in the search mask - and you will have all the relevant product information at your fingertips.

Another very important feature for the target group is the “Next Day Function”. This immediately indicates on the respective product if it can be delivered overnight.

The end result is a particularly clear and informative website that offers the target groups the highest level of service and convenience.
