With the release of the latest generation of ChatGPT, the developers of artificial intelligence announced a new era at the end of 2022. The text-based AI software creates linguistically and grammatically correct texts such as poems, news reports or recipes almost independently at high speed. And although the AI still has to contend with some teething issues, the release marked a paradigm shift in several industries.
Based on the Generative Pretraining Transformer, or GPT for short, AI software learns to use natural language. Immense amounts of data from chat-based conversations are available as a basis. A chatbot is thus able, for example, to answer user questions or hold a conversation. In addition to artificial intelligences such as ChatGPT from OpenAI, there are numerous others, such as Neuroflash or Jasper.
Artificial intelligence is also already on the rise in other industries, such as the art world. From composing pieces based on the style of deceased musicians to creating individual landscape paintings, there are hardly any limits to what it can do. The way it works is always based on the same principle: information fed in in the form of text or images is used for machine learning and expands the knowledge base of an AI. Through analysis, the software recognizes existing patterns and learns to link different elements together in new ways.
Data protection advocates and critics view this development critically. The use of algorithms based on information from the Internet creates a legal grey area in the area of copyright and intellectual property rights. As long as this "elephant in the room" exists, artificial intelligence does not represent a fully-fledged alternative in the commercial sector. Such tools are particularly popular in the leisure sector.

The software is currently still in the test phase and invites users to try it out for free on a non-commercial basis. Anyone looking for detailed answers to simple questions will find what they are looking for here. ChatGPT is also able to write detailed and structured text answers of variable length.
In addition to a well-thought-out structure and correct spelling, the AI can be used across languages. It uses clear and easy-to-understand language and gets straight to the point without much ado. Anyone who has already gained experience with the numerous AI assistants in online shops will clearly see the leap in quality. In summary, ChatGPT offers the following advantages and can be used in everyday life, for example for:
Try out the artificial intelligence yourself. All you need is a free account, for which you have to provide your email address and mobile number.

Although artificial intelligence does a lot of work for us, it will not replace Google or even the human pen any time soon. For us, you as the customer are our priority and we therefore respond to your needs individually - something that artificial intelligence can never offer and is essential in this field.
Anyone who is experienced in using ChatGPT will quickly learn to recognize the differences between organic and machine-generated texts. Artificial intelligence is by no means infallible. Sometimes the software confuses facts or draws illogical conclusions. Even the best AI software is not able to distinguish between true and false statements. Ultimately, all texts are based exclusively on stochastics and mathematical formulas in the network as a result of analytical processes.
In addition, there is often a lack of added value. Artificially stretched wording or the repetition of information means that the text loses information density, which disrupts the flow of reading. Due to the lack of timeliness of the information circulating on the Internet, ChatGPT reaches its limits when it comes to topics that fluctuate seasonally, such as the creation of travel guides.

Since the software is based on existing texts and merely reformulates existing information, the question of copyright of texts created by ChatGPT remains open. OpenAI itself does not own any rights to the texts fed in. Even the green light from Copyscape does not provide complete reassurance, since even fragments of wording may be subject to copyright. There is also the question of who owns the copyright to the texts created by AI software. As long as legal questions remain unresolved, the use of ChatGPT in the commercial sector is in a legal gray area. Google and other search engines already penalize the use of AI-generated content by classifying it as spam.
Numerous providers of AI software have started a test run in recent months. After creating an account, users have the opportunity to test the service free of charge to a limited extent. While some providers such as Neuroflash or Jasper offer capacities of 2.000 to 10.000 words each, the American startup OpenAI offers an unlimited test offer. Using it is as easy as using a search engine. Whereas in the past it was necessary to enter and set various parameters, today it is enough to enter a simple keyword. For example, you can have the artificial intelligence create a recipe with the ingredients you currently have at home, or find the error in your source code in a matter of seconds. Try Chat GPT now.
There is no doubt that artificial intelligence is having a lasting impact on the world of work. In recent decades, developers have made rapid progress that is already being used in some industries, such as customer service. Artificial intelligence still lacks the ability to think abstractly and critically. The replacement of entire branches of work by AI software is probably still a long way off.
In the area of online marketing, the software can already help automate some processes, such as data analysis or the generation of customer-based offers. AI software can also prove to be a helpful tool in keyword analysis or in the brainstorming process. However, AI still lacks the ability to predict social changes at an early stage and to design targeted advertising campaigns accordingly.
There is no doubt that artificial software like ChatGPT is changing the world for the better. However, the impact on industries like SEO or advertising agencies is less than some users predicted. In the foreseeable future, these programs will probably not replace people due to their lack of critical and purely analytical thinking. This artificial intelligence cannot surpass services like those of our KAOS advertising agency, as we can draw on decades of expertise and have been working successfully with our customers for over 30 years. The customer and their wishes are our top priority - something that an AI cannot offer.
